College recruiting, run for your athlete — and taught to your family.
We handle the college-coach outreach for high-school basketball players and coach the whole family through the process, so your athlete gets in front of more programs and knows exactly what to do when a coach replies.

What we do (and what we don't)
We are a recruiting consulting and outreach service. Three things, done for you and with you:
We research the right college programs for your athlete and run personalized outreach to college coaches — sent from your athlete's own email and social accounts.
We mentor your family every week on how the recruiting process actually works, and how to handle a coach's interest from the first reply through a decision.
We stay in the process with you for the length of the engagement, not just for one blast of emails.
We are not a sports agent, and we do not represent your athlete or negotiate on their behalf. We do not contact coaches as ourselves — every message goes out as your athlete, from your athlete's own accounts. We do not do NIL or professional-representation work. We are a service you hire, paid a fixed fee, and your athlete is always the one in the driver's seat.
How it works
Intake & strategy
We start with a consultation and a full intake of your athlete's athletic profile, academics, and goals. Together we set a target level and a realistic plan.
Target research
We build a researched list of college programs that fit your athlete's level, position, and academic profile — and we keep refining it with what we learn as we go.
Outreach from your athlete's own accounts
Using our software, we run continuous, personalized outreach to college coaches — by email and social — timed to the recruiting calendar. Coaches hear from your athlete, on your athlete's own accounts. We never insert ourselves between your athlete and a coach.
Weekly family mentoring
Exposure is only half the job. Every week we coach your family on reading coach replies, what to say, and how to move a conversation from first contact toward an offer or roster decision — the part software alone never teaches.
Who we are
Recruited.agency is built and run by Mehmet Bener, a founder who navigated the US college-recruiting process himself — from outside the US recruiting pipeline, without an agency working for him. Over two gap years he competed across prep, national-level junior college, and NCAA Division III, and reached NCAA Division I basketball by figuring the system out the hard way and representing himself throughout.
That is the whole reason this service exists: most families are handed a piece of software or handed off to an agency that rations its attention and plays it safe. We built the opposite — the strategy, the industry knowledge, and the week-to-week coaching we wish someone had given us, with the outreach automated so no athlete is limited by how many hours a person can spend on them.
Our commitment
When we start, we agree in writing on a specific process milestone and a timeframe.
If that milestone has not been reached by the end of that timeframe, we keep working — the outreach and the mentoring — at no additional fee until it is.
This is a commitment to keep doing the work, not a prediction that any particular recruiting result will happen and not a refund. Recruiting outcomes depend on coaches, competition, and factors outside anyone's control, so we do not and cannot guarantee an offer, a scholarship, or a roster spot. Our commitment is that we do not stop working when the clock runs out.
An honest note on eligibility
We operate as a fixed-fee recruiting service, and we do not charge fees that are contingent on placement or on any scholarship. The NCAA permits prospective student-athletes to use recruiting and scouting services. Rules change and every athlete's situation is different, so please confirm your specific situation with your school's compliance office and the NCAA Eligibility Center. Nothing on this site is eligibility, legal, or financial advice.
